Imperial Operative card states "Keep this card secret. During any mission, you may play this card when you deploy an Imperial Officer. Apply +1 Speed and +3 Health to this figure. At the start of each of its activations, it becomes Focused."

Can this card be used on Imperial Officer figures with special mission attributes, eg. Gerrin (Sorry About The Mess) and Weiss (Chain of Command)?
