PC'sFrank 0 Posted December 2, 2018 (edited) A while ago, I discussed with someone what sort of card, out now, or released in the future, would pair well with Thrawn. I thought "why not Pellaeon?" So I set about designing a Captain Pellaeon card. Along the way, I think I got side-tracked and started designing an officer card that might pair well with the Cymoon 1 Refit. The end result consists of two different Captain Pellaeon cards. What I'd like to know is which one is better (or at least the lesser of two evils, since I'm not entirely sure if these are underpowered/overpowered).
