Good Mill Deck?

This is my newest and favorite deck to play. I don't have some of the upgrades and vehicles for it. Do you think this is a good enough deck for competitions that I should buy them?

Generates resources super fast while affording vehicles quickly. Also, Leia can mill 4 cards off a deck with Lando's 4 resource dice side.

P.S.

PA means "can use with Lando's Power Action".

What I like about this deck is it already is proofed for rotation. 

Also, it shows that Mill has gone from badly underpowered to pretty overpowered right now. Which is bad news as Mill by its nature is NPE.
