For the robotic limbs I found an old terminator 2 set from 1997 or so that was basically the exact right scale. I cut the palm/fingers for the exposed hand and the leg below the knee plus foot. In addition to the earlier post that inspired me, I actually looked at the new Vader comics and that final force unleashed fight for damage inspiration.
