Seeker: Norman, Amanda, Harvey, Mandy, Kate, George.

Rogue: Daniela, Bob, Monterey, Michael, Patrice, Preston.

Mystic: Marie, Diana, Dexter, Luke, Jaqueline, Agatha.

Survivor: Silas, Rita, Mary, Hank, Darrell, Carson.

Neutral: Charlie, Gloria, Wilson, Trish.

Those look pretty good.

I would peg Wilson for a rogue or survivor, and Patrice for a seeker though. Agatha is probably also going to be some kind of seeker/mystic hybrid (as a parapsychologist, the 'educational' seeker cards and science cards make a lot of sense for her too).

I'm wondering what they'll do with Michael McGlen to make him feel different from "Skids."  His backstory gives a real need to do harm to monsters for his late partner, Louis.  I feel that deckbuilding will be pretty similar.  In Arkham 3e, he's an 8 Stamina/4 Sanity character with the static ability: "After you defeat a monster as part of an attack action, you recover one sanity or focus one skill of your choice."  He's my surprise favorite from 3e and I'm excited to see him in this game.

I'm musing that Preston Fairmont could have the ability to gain Exceptional items at half (so what's printed, not doubled) XP cost, or have the ability to have 2 copies of Exceptional items.

I think Agatha Crane will be odd.  Maybe a Mystic-Seeker who discovers clues at her location when she fails at tests on Spells by 2 or less.

I feel similarly about Joe Diamond and Roland Banks as you do about McGlen and Skids. They are kind of samey. I could see McGlen having a simple "Your Assets with "uses (ammo)" enter play with 1 additional use on them. Kinda like the Akachi of Firearms.

I would expect Joe Diamond to have more willpower than Roland. "Hard-boiled," you know? Pretty obviously a Guardian with Seeker elements, though. I guess he could be a Seeker who "grows into" a Guardian the way Norman grows into a Mystic. I'm looking forward to more characters on that pattern.

When I get around to reading, sometimes I learn things.  In The Secret Name announcement article, we learn that Diana's deckbuilding does not include any ability to take on Seeker cars.  Not even level 0.  So what does she have?  Text based like Carolyn's "cards that "heal horror" level 0-5,"?

Good catch! I would say cards that 'cancel' or 'ignore' game effects, or a trait that has a lot of these included. But reviewing the word 'cancel' the best trait would be spirit which only has 2 out of class options (I've had worse, and Test of Will) and Against all Odds if 'ignore' works for her ability. I'm not 100% sure what counts for Diana's ability and what doesn't.

I'm kind of fixated on Darrell now.  I'm certain he's a Seeker, as pure a one as they come.

I see him as a Seeker as well.

That being said he could easily be a Seeker with secondary Survivor or a Survivor with secondary Seeker.

Since his art appears on Seeker cards, I think Seeker will be primary.

With the recent spoilers, it might be no additional neutral investigators. So my guess: Charlie: Guardian, Trish: Rogue,Gloria: Seeker,Wilson: Survivor and we ill probably get a new mystic investigator.

I don't know which spoilers you mean.  The ones I've seen counter some of these.

Yeah, any character involving a lot of money/influence seems to be in the Rogue realm so far. Criminals and rich folks.
