Is Key Positions slowly killing the game?

Argue? It's almost always been held to be such in wargaming. You (usually) want to choose your own deployment zone, deploy second, and move first.

You deploy one unit first.  If you have more activations than your opponent you will still have last deployment.

Even then blue gets 2/3 of what you want (though first move is not guaranteed)

So the goal is to hard bid for first but still have enough units to out activate your opponent?

Also blue gets 1/3rd of what you want.  Red gets 1/3rd of what you want.  And the other 1/3rd is 100% based on cards and choices of each player.  Blue doesn't "win" on a pip-priority tie so it isn't fair to say it gets 2/3rds because it has just as much chance of going first as red player.

I say argue only because I'm sure there are people that will still feel the need to insist that's not a downside for blue.  See the guy who quoted you :P

Brand new Errata and RRG taking effect November 29th has this in it. Easy enough fix but rather surprised they decided to reword an entire card.  [sarcasm] Legion 2.0 confirmed!!! [/sarcasm]
