Does the Adventure included with the Game Master’s Kit continues the story line of the previous published adventures? Or is a stand alone?

While I don't have my copy of the GM's kit yet, as I understand it, it is a separate adventure involving the Tortoise clan.

Thanks Myrion. Although I liked the previous adventures I wanted a fresh start that I can tie in to my Campaign. I was going to get it however I decided to wait for the pdf version, too many books at home ?.

So, the BBox adventures make u EMs and the GM kit one assumes you're EMs. They sorta work together, or can be run separate.

It assumes the full rules. However I don't notice anything off hand that would make using the BB a terrible idea. There might be a few minor points of conversion.

Thanks. My players, although they like the pregen characters, will like to create their own.

Mind you, the BB and the Fre Adventure provide hooks to link the GM adventure, but the adventure itself doesn't assume it. Being a EM however makes more sense to get the PCs in Slow Tide Harbor.

Only minor changes need be done to use the BB adventure and followup with full game character gen... just don't let them have their techniques

What about the Beta adventure. We have not played it. Where can it fit in?

We are doing BB with the pregens, then will character gen and probably adapt BB sequel to them.

The Beta Adventure has the PCs as junior EMs, so that would work out nicely enough as a follow up.

Daisho are signs of a bushi. They aren't technically bushi until gempukku... so, yeah. No unconcealed weapons, save maybe a blunted wakizashi, staff, or bokken.
