Emerald Magistrate example title missing ability?

Anyone else notice the lack of a Title Ability for the Emerald Magistrate example? Or am I just being silly and missing over it? It gives the title advancement track, a description, Status Award, ect but not the ability for completing the title. There is a blank space under the XP to Completion line, but I am wondering if it was supposed to be under the advancement track but lost in a formatting error. An incomplete example isn't necessarily odd, but an advancement track without the completion reward is sort of wasted space since it doesn't actually lead to anything. Personally I was expecting something similar to Saibankan's Method or Honor is My Shield.

So, there is mention of this in the adventure 'In the Palace of the Emerald Champion.'

It has abilities added to that title. I am guessing they were meant to be in this book as well.
