Lone wolf and Docked phantoms 2.0

So lets imagine a VCX-100 equipped with lone wolf, Ghost title and a docked attack shuttle. 

In 1.0 the docked ship isn't considered to be on the board, and as such doesn't take damage from bombs, cant use certain crew, etc. until it deploys.  So I'm wondering... is there a precedent in 2.0 yet?   Does a VCX get to cruise around lone wolfing, or is the docked ship on the board?

Yes it does same as in 1e.

Docked ships are in reserve, so they are not in play and Lone Wolf on the main ship works fine.

I call this a 1.5 ship list. Didnt do too bad the two games I tried it, though not hypercompetitive.

Could a YV-666 w/ title start with a Z-95 other than Nashtah Pup docked? Or must any other Z-95 spend an activation after setup to maneuver in to it to dock?

Yes, you can actually dock any Z-95 pilot with the Hound's Tooth title. I was quite surprised when a Hound's Tooth I was facing popped a Binyare Pirate out of it's front guides on our first round of engagement. What's also cool is that you can also suck up any friendly Z-95 at range 0 during the system phase if you don't currently have one docked.
