I have “fixed” my fleets and just wanted to ask if there’s anything else I should do to improve them. Also wanted to ask which one I should run if it’s my first time doing a tournament of any kind.

All four of these are pretty strong archetypes suitable for a tourney.  I’d try to get at least one more activation for Thrawn’s fleet.  Two can be dangerous.  For Sloane, superior positions is by far her best blue objective.  In the right matchup you can potentially kill nothing and get a 10-1 solely because they picked it.
