Considering the cards still to come out from the elemental cycle, is this viable? Whats the best clan to splash and why? Is scorpion dishonor better, worse, or just different from phoenix dishonor? In my experience, Phoenix are very much pushing you down as they try to maintain a reasonable to high honour, while Scorpion are dragging you down behind them, until a final shove into oblivion. It's possible that you want Crab as a splash for the Watch Commander. Phoenix would be interesting for Jurojin's Curse and maybe Display of Power.
