brettpkelly 774 Posted July 25, 2018 RRG states the skirmish setup order is: 1. bring armies 2. determine initiative 3. mission setup 4. deployment (including choosing sides) 5. draw cards I assume this means on Tarkin Initiative Laboratory you take turns placing weapons during the mission setup stage before you have selected sides.
