Glucose98 848 Posted June 28, 2018 This game would rock with some campaign rules. I'd love to have a roster sheet of 'trays' that I can assemble in whatever formation or loadout for each mission. Assign some sort of purchase cost per tray inbetween missions. Then use the Armada system for heros (start damaged -- get killed again and you're out). Whereas trays are always lost. cparadis10 105 Posted June 28, 2018 Campaign would be awesome. I can't remember how long it took to get the Corellian Conflict for Armada, but it felt like awhile. Would love to see Dwarves and Orcs or goblins maybe. New factions would be great of course. I'd also just like to see some fiction or setting information to make the world come alive a bit more. There is some good stuff in the Realms of Terrinoth book, but I always want more. My ultimate dream would be some sort of Runewars mega-game whereby tournament results somehow fed into the story of the setting. Maybe the mega game would start in Nov. The necromancers of Zorgas, ever experimenting on the fallen, have with unprecedented corruption of the natural forces managed to infuse these beasts' corpses with new life. With an unbearable stench and rotting disease infested flesh hanging loose on their bones, flailing enemies that come close, the Draugr will bring even the most stalwart foes to their knees in sickness. The thought is to increase the blight-game for Waiqar, as well as providing a surge ability for Ardus to borrow (I'm a little bit sad that neither Death Knights, Wraiths or Reanimates has any). The extra health is mainly to increase the effectiveness of Ankaurs necromancy ability, which would be raising more health per tray. 2) Their dial is based on Reanimates. They have the same initiative values, but have the speed 1 move that the Reanimates (weirdly) is lacking. The modifier has lost the green Shield (as that would put these guys in siege unit territory), but gained a Surge and lower speed modifiers on the turns and straight charge (simply because these guys are physically bigger). 3) Their upgrade slots were designed to both combo with Ardus' Host of Crows ability (i.e. Blighted vexilium bearer or Raven tabards at 2 trays, and executioner at 4 trays etc.) I didn't want them to have a training slot because Combat Ingenuity + Master Crafted Weapons would be too powerful. I thought about music and heavy, but chose not to just to avoid making them too versitile. 4) The cost is set at "cavalry" level, which I think would suit elite infantry. They might be a little on the cheap side, but do keep in mind that the design is meant to IMPROVE Waiqar, not keep them at the current b-team level I appreciate any comments, good or bad! Mostly after the 'break' for the legion run up and going to nationals where we were the only game without a banner I would like to hear some commitment to grow the game. We have 2 podcasts, a slew of blogs and a lot of interest from few people, but the growth of the game cant all be on the fanbase.
