mfrost_blz 1 Posted June 26, 2018 I really like the Fallout board game, and I really don't like it when we flip tiles and jostle the whole board out of whack. Blergh. So, I got creative and made some 3d printable, stackable hex holders that use magnets to keep the board in place; you can see the project here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2977202 One unintended side benefit that was a bit of a surprise when we tried it out was that you can now rotate the board to face whoever's turn it is. Really, really nice. Anyway, if you have a 3d printer, some 1/4 x 1/8 x 1/8 in magnets, and a bit of glue, I recommend you try these out. Have fun! 1 Fnoffen reacted to this
Fnoffen 96 Posted June 27, 2018 Those things shouldn't be too hard to modify the measurements of to accomodate Twilight Imperium or any other hex-based game.
mfrost_blz 1 Posted June 28, 2018 Yeah, should work with only minor tweaks. Twilight Imperium is 37 tiles, correct?
