Let's Make a Fleet for Truthiness

With FFG failing to delivery news during the Hyperfake Report, I ended up winning a bet against @Truthiness, so now we get to make a fleet for the next Vassal tournament and he has to play it.

Rules

  1. Standard 400 point fleet (unless the community really wants a 200 point entry for @CaribbeanNinja's tournament AND Truth already wanted to play in it)
  2. No anti-synergy upgrades. This means you can't suggest Sato and no squads, or TRCs on a ship with no evades, etc.. The fleet doesn't have to make sense, but all upgrades must be able to be used in some way.
  3. No bids over 15 points.
  4. We will "vote" on peoples ideas via comment reacts (likes and laughs only). It's an easy method to see consensus on an idea, so feel free to create as much or as little of the fleet as you want, or modify other peoples suggestions.  Top ideas will get mashed together so long as they follow the first 3 rules. 
  5. If Truthiness wins the tournament.... I guess we can come up with a prize.

A fleet that wouldn’t be considered competitive but not straight up unplayable right?

 

or just a normal fleet?

Standard fleet following current FAQ and tournament regs, but also following the first 3 rules I posted.

In this case you have to take out the Fire-Control Teams as they don't add anything with only APT and that breaks the rule number 2 of this post. But besides that, I always wanted to play a Decimator swarm, some day I'll do it

I agree that they should stack, but according to the FAQ they don't.

Fire Control Team
If a ship with this card equipped resolves both the XX-9 Turbolasers critical effect and the standard critical effect, only the first 2 damage cards are dealt faceup.
If a ship with this card equipped resolves both the Assault Proton Torpeodes critical effect and the standard critical effect, only the damage card dealt by resolving Assault Proton Torpedoes is dealt faceup.
