More or Less Motived to Play?

Simple question. We got a few months to spare before 2.0. Are you more motivated to play this farewell tour of 1.0? Or are you going to take the time in between to play other games/go on a break before the 2.0 binging begins?

Personally, I’ll likely play less than once a week. Maybe a few times per month. I don’t see stopping completely, especially with Saw’s renegades coming out soon.

After seeing the Tie fighter dial didnt change, I pulled out a good old fashioned Tie Swarm (youngster/rage with Epsilon Leader) to practice with. I'm losing, because tie swarms cannot compete in 1.0, but I'm learning to fly ships that will escape the nerfbat in 2.0

Ha. Going with the slow and steady strategy. That’s not a bad idea at all actually.  If you’re getting the Reaper, maybe you can get to pair it with them to try a few things.

I kinda want to get everything out of my system. Everything is living on borrowed time, so go out and get more gaming in. Fly the Nym, fly mixed (rebel/resistance or imp/FO) lists, etc.

Also been trying loads of non-optimal lists, because I need to be thinking flexible because the whole meta world is gone in a few months.

very unmotivated to play something I was really excited about, super debris gambit Sol, because TLTs and ACTION bombs are confirmed gone

bit of a bummer there

but I had fun proxying Saw's content and I will be happy to fly the Reaper once it shows up

spoilers: Two Tubes is super legit, and will be mostly unchanged in 2.0 (ability is range 1-2, so sadly can't keep bumping him and getting free mods)

just TAKE ADVANCED SENSORS or you will deeply, deeply regret it

also don't worry if you sometimes don't use his ability. Sometimes, you just need to tank up and infuriate players with your super durable U-wing, which was previously a complete and utter joke of a ship
