[v2] Charges w/ Multiple Upgrades

Say I have an T-65 X-Wing with R2-D2 (who gives 3 charges) and Proton Torps (which gives 2 charges). Are the charges put into one big pool, so I could spend one of R2's charges for an extra shot of Proton Torps?

Watching the stream from the Demo at Worlds, charges are tied to the upgrade.
