Inner region cards and widland cards?

I se on the talisman Island site that there are some "inner region cards" and some "widland cards", do the work whit talisman 4th edition revised? and can someone pleas explain how the work, in an easy way

they work for the 4th ed. rev., and there is a .pdf that explain every expansion set when you download it.

the inner region cards are 4 cards to choose randomly (before starting the game) for each space of the inner region (for example "play dice with death" has 4 different card, each one with different things to do, some easiest, some more difficult, it depends about what you draw).

the wildlands cards are cards that create a new deck, to use when specific situation occurs  (i don't know more because i haven't played it yet).

 

if you download the file from tanismanisland and unrar the package, you will find the instructions with all the info you need.

first of all try the gauntlet, IMO is the best homemade expansion on talismanisland!
