lars16 2 Posted March 17, 2010 Funny, I think they were trying to clarify that you can claim it 3 times and didn't want to use 'or' (Claim 1 power when you win domience, or when...) otherwise its extremely restrictive. I'd say its a list, like: My mom gives me a dollar when I get an A in Math, and when I get an A in science or english. he could get 1, 2, or 3 dollars depending on how many A's he got.
