Getting Started With Organized Play

Hello, I hope this post is not out of place.  I play AGoT with several folks at my FLGS, we would like to get involved in Organized Play but I am getting a 503 error every time I try to log in to check my application.  Is this just a hardcore denial?  I didn't think my grammar was that bad...
