dhutchings 0 Posted March 12, 2010 Hey guys, I just picked up Cosmic Incursion today, and I seem to be missing the Flare card for Bully. All other components are there, and the alien powers sheets and the cards were shrinkwrapped so it must have been sent out that way... Is there anything that can be done?
