Kuat Interdiction

A bid for first and Pryce is a nasty combo. In trying to think about how to make an ISD more tanky and capable of pulling it off, I decided to look at doing it with an Interdictor. The two parts I'm still struggling to finalize the commander and the squadron component. 

Bossk's purpose is to take a damage from Zertik and make anything with Scatter to want to stay away from his threat area. The purpose of the Interdictor is to prevent escape by a ship that doesn't die from the BT/Avenger combo and to keep the Avenger Kuat alive. Although a 14-hull ISD is pretty tough to kill anyway. My biggest concern is a similar fleet or someone who really knows what they're doing with squads.

Other squads I would consider: Gar Saxon and another MGF, Cienna Ree and Valen, Decimators
Other commanders I would consider: Vader, Thrawn,  or maybe even Konstantine

External Racks is usually more efficient than Expanded Launchers. If they survive the first front arc shot, and if you get another one, the extra black dice aren’t likely to be needed to kill them. Plus you can shoot out the side. ECM is a little safer than RBD, even with all that hull; it should particularly help out vs dual ISDs. If bombers are a concern, swapping the elite squads for a bunch of generic TIEs you can drip-feed in can help. SAd or a 4th activation could be nice. GSR would combo well with Contested Outpost instead of G8. Hope this helps!

Unless you run into H9s and multiple hits that do more than 6 damage, I've found that RBD is more useful. If you are running into a lot of H9s, ECM still only helps you once.  RBD is also useful when you're in a situation where ramming a large ship is likely. Meta likely varies a lot on that.

I went ahead and dropped the EL for ER since the primary target should be dead by the time a second shot with extra blacks would be useful.
