End of Round - Card Effects vs Mission Effects (Timing)

Probably been answered already (couldn't find anything), but what's the timing priority for figures' 'end of round' effects versus mission 'end of round' effects?  For example:  If Vader is controlling a stash, would you score the points first and then move to attack, or would moving to attack mean you do not score the points (if you moved away from controlling the stash)?

I'm assuming any deployment effects ties are solved by initiative, then by player, but this one's a big question that comes up a lot in skirmish...
