Concealed Pouch and A Talisman

  A popular move in our games is right before the Valley of Fire to cast Shatter on someones Talisaman. My only problem with that is if you have a Conceled Pouch which is supose too Concele the item in the Pouch. and you can't steal the item or the pouch in a fight  and the thief can't steal it how can you cast a spell on something that you can't see?
