encountering Marsh and Cave, at the Ruins (Draw 2 cards)

Okay so I'm below strength level 5,, and i roll a 3 on the cave,, do i lose 2 turns??

RAW you deal with Places in the order they were drawn, or alphabetical (which is better since memories can fade). If you have to encounter Marsh first, you don't encounter the Cave. If you encounter Cave first and roll a 3, you don't encounter the Marsh. In both cases, you lose only one turn.

Depends which you drew first. Personally, I go with alphabetical order to resolve cards with the same number (not Enemies of course), so Cave first, then Marsh. However, if you roll a 3 in the Cave, you miss a turn (meaning your current turn ends as well), so you won't encounter Marsh. Note that since you still would've had another encounter, you only miss the rest of this turn, but can move normally in your next turn. Same deal if you go with Marsh first (say it was already there and you drew Cave), if you're below Str 5, you miss a turn, so your turn ends, but since you would've still had Cave to encounter, you only miss the encounter with the Cave.

"Any instructions that result in the loss of a turn by the character
encountering them ends the character’s turn immediately.
This counts as a missed turn for that character if there
are other cards to be encountered; otherwise, he misses his
next turn instead." (p. 16)
