if bilzzard is drawn, and you draw another card while in the Oasis (draw 2 cards), and your other card has an encounter number of 2

If the blizzard occurs, and you have another card to deal with, does encountering  the next card,  count as one of your 2 moves of moving 1??? The blizzard forces everybody to only move 1 space.  The other card that was drawn, was a bag of gold. When you land in the Oasis, you draw 2 cards.

I'm not sure if you understood Blizzard correctly. When drawn, Blizzard forces all Characters to move 1 space instead of their normal movement (they don't roll the die) for the next two rounds (round= every player takes one turn).

After dealing with Blizzard, that should stay on the space it has been drawn until the effect ceases, you deal with the second card as normal.
