Lobokai 1,518 Posted January 16, 2018 found an interesting Destiny multiplayer style... -divide into 2 teams, each player brings 2 battlefields -sit every-other -Have a battlefield linking each neighbor -only effects that say “opponents” or the like can go after enemies that aren’t neighbors -can aid allies regardless of seating distance -play order is clockwise -Supports stay in after characters go down but their player must target each neighbor once before a second effect that round is used on either Makes 4-8 player games very doable
Amanal 2,557 Posted January 16, 2018 What happens upon player elimination? For example say player 2 is eliminated can player 1 now attack 8 and 4?
Lobokai 1,518 Posted January 16, 2018 As we play it now, once you’ve taken both of your neighbors out, you’re just regulated to universal effects and building up unless an ally is dropped (making you an new opponents active neighbor), but it’s all theoretical, because so far the games all play fast enough that’s never been a full round where a player has been isolated by success and their team hasn’t already won. But we’ve also not yet done 8 players yet either.
