Undeadguy 5,749 Posted January 5, 2018 I just saw a post on the Star Wars: Legion Facebook page about official base sizes. I didn't see a thread about it when i quickly glanced through. "I just got a reply from FFG customer services and they stated all the Star Wars: Legion bases will be 27mm, 50mm, 70mm and 100mm. I figured I'd share with everybody in case this hadn't been posted yet." 100mm is quite a large base, which means very large minis coming down the line. Currently, troopers are on 27mm, the AT-RT and speeder bikes are on 50mm, and I'd bet the AT-ST and snow speeder is on the 70mm. So what will be on the 100mm? Nihm 209 Posted January 5, 2018 (edited) I have a thread about this. Sorastro confirmed... Infantry 27mm AT RT 70mm Edited January 5, 2018 by Nihm 1 Undeadguy reacted to this
Extropia 1,475 Posted January 5, 2018 I think the 100mm one is the new info, which wasn’t in your thread. Worth mentioning I think. No idea what that’ll be for...maybe the Rogue 1 Assault tank and similar footprint vehicles?
Nihm 209 Posted January 5, 2018 I agree, it's new info. I' guessing 50mm will be E-web 100mm will be T47 and ATST 1 Sk3tch reacted to this
Sk3tch 571 Posted January 5, 2018 eye balling it quickly, it looks like its the 50mm that's new info. If somebody who's not at work could throw these in an image editor and confirm it that would be great before we go off on a tangent that may or may not be incorrect. Extropia 1,475 Posted January 5, 2018 50mm being new makes more sense, and is perfect for crew-served weapons like the E-Web, as well as many other things. 1 Nihm reacted to this
Nihm 209 Posted January 5, 2018 There are some *cough* Sorastro lol that can confirm
OldSchoolEmpire 80 Posted January 5, 2018 100mm, hmm that's tantalizing!
Sk3tch 571 Posted January 5, 2018 100mm is the AT-ST and T-

Shieldwolf72 130 Posted February 12, 2018 Does anybody know the height of the bases?
TylerTT 1,295 Posted February 13, 2018 27mm! Why do companies think they have to be special snowflakes when it comes to base dimensions? This is as annoying as the 32mm base from GW. FFG should finish the job and burn all my 1 inch grid maps and tiles. actually I suppose 27mm will still work. But still! Annoyed! ( I’m not as angry as that comment may sound but I am that particular about base sizes! )
DarkTrooperZero 304 Posted February 13, 2018 One of the unboxing measured them at 25mm, they have been pretty ordinary tbh 1 TylerTT reacted to this

VictoryLeo 146 Posted February 13, 2018 Would they become illegal in a tournament if you rebased them on a 25mm base?
guest450670 7 Posted February 13, 2018 And Sorastro confirmed it in his painting thread over a month ago. 1 Nihm reacted to this

Yeh I agree, the amount of misinformation has skyrocketed on these forums since those videos dropped.
steveisbig 152 Posted February 14, 2018 The top is 25, the bottom is 27.how is that difficult?
TylerTT 1,295 Posted February 14, 2018 just got the base size confirmed on the Bell of lost souls stream. 27 MM
DarkTrooperZero 304 Posted February 14, 2018 1 hour ago, steveisbig said: The top is 25, the bottom is 27.how is that difficult? Probably because 25mm top has no significance for a wargame and 27mm is the critical dimension for us building terrain

It's likely that will fall under tournament regulations, and FFG is very strict with base size modifications because it alters range and movement.
