Victarion13 56 Posted December 8, 2017 Hello everyone. So, that's happened to me in my recent game. I play Unicorn, my opponent was a Crane. In a conflict I used Banzai on my only character, and after that he played Outwit. My character went back home, and I used my stronghold to move the same character back again in the conflict. GM81 Protocol Droid 142 Posted December 8, 2017 The bonus stays. The effect is until the end of conflict, not until the character is no longer participating. The "participating character" is in the cost and only matters during targeting and paying costs. The effect remains even if the character would no longer be a valid target since such things are not constant checks like certain attachment wording. Banzai! Action: During a conflict, choose a participating character – that character gets +2 until the end of the conflict. You may lose 1 honor to resolve this ability twice.
