mithril2098 674 Posted December 10, 2017 given the number of mixed fighter type squadrons in the setting, both cannon and EU, and the fact not everyone collects so many multiples of a given type of ship, perhaps instead of homogenous units, just make it a limit of 1 named pilot, and no more than one large base ship. would still put the emphasis on the less used generic pilots, but would make building the force a little easier. would also allow for more setting accurate mixes, like say Blue Squadron. IronOx 169 Posted December 10, 2017 (edited) Perhaps use a Force Organization system like that other miniature company does? 1 Squadron leader; squadron members, min 3 ships; 1 squadron support ship if base squadron requirements met. Maybe something like this as well. You may select either Squad Leader, Determination, Wingman, or Selflessness for the squadron leader for free. The effect of the upgrade extends to the whole squad as long as all ships are within range 1 of another squad member.
