(double action) Death Star: Deal 40 DMG distributed to all figures on the board, in descending order starting with the figure with the highest remaining Health, until all DMG is distributed. The opposing player resolves distribution in the case of ties in remaining Health. Limit once per game.

Grand Moff: If Wilhuff Tarkin is defeated, you lose the game.

No close up please : If Wilhuff Tarkin was defeated in a previous round, you can re-deploy him again using CGI :P

I fixed the card in case you want to play it. I was really tempted to accept your proposals :)

I find the humbled, wisened old Jedi Master Yoda from The Empire Strikes Back much more compelling as a character than his idiotic, dogmatic prequel- and to a lesser extend Clone Wars-incarnation, and also as a potential addition to Imperial Assault skirmish of a much more supportive nature for a team focused on Force Users...

Perfectly realized with canon features only, the perfect anthythesys to Palpatine.

Deployment Card - Rebellion - Master Yoda, Grand Master of the Jedi (Unique) [custom].png

At least Yoda attack should have a probability distribution close to Vader's attack. If you look at my card it is, also G-G-G pool is very thematic with the color of the lightsaber :)

The damage rateo i made for yoda is exactly the same as Palpatine, but with "Jedi dice". You can use the attack calculator to check that out

Because there was little reaction to my Inferno Squad Thread I posted some weeks ago (link below, didn't seem to work last time) I was wondering if there might be more people interested in a campaign implementation of the characters. I already have some ideas on how that could work and am currently trying some custom map builds for a mission. In addition I plan to create an Imperial Class Deck as well as some Agenda Cards. Tell me if you are interested and if you would like to hear/read more about it when I'm done! :)

Forcing your opponent to take Initiative is a great idea! However, I don't quite understand when that happens. During the current round or at the beginning of the next? Also drawing a Command Card for 1 action is pretty low-priced imo. For Tactical Order you gotta specify how many movement points that figure gains. Equal to its speed value? Just 1?

One last thing: I think 2 red dice are a bit over the top. Maybe give him a completely different ranged attack instead?

When you perform the (double) special action.

So the point is actually to get initiative back next turn? I thought it was specifically to give initiative to your opponent which can be an advantage under the right circumstances and so I was wondering what the point of that could be in the middle of a round.

If opponent has the Initiative at the end of the round, it means you get the iniative after round ends and you get the 1st activation ;)

I don't usually get too into the custom cards, but this one in particular I think is really well done!  I love the theme of it, and the Art of War ability especially is a really fantastic idea.  Great work!

Thanks for this great app.

I can't find a built-in program on windows 10 that displays the saved file, can you please help?

It would be good if we could drag the traits and surge abilities somewhere else. Hard to fit a picture well. Especially humanoid ones without seeing the blue.

Otherwise it's fantastic and game changing.

An 1 die attack is nearly pointless. The regular guard will only have 1 surge thus won't have pierce to inflict stun aganist heavier defenses. Needs a way to gain surge power tokens, otherwise it's much worse than now. But most of the changes are great, though the rgc won't defeat many people. The guards shuld have ways to protect people not to revenge them.

I had a crazy idea:

Intertia%20Leech.png

The point is that it uses surges from whoever attacks it, but can't use its own...

Lovely idea. Though i would give it surge:bleed/weaken with those horns and maybe converting as a choice.

If you mean the .iadc file, you won't find any other app that will open it - only this one will, it's a custom file format.

However, by choosing "Export Image", you can save the image of the card as a PNG which just about any image editor ought to be able to open - Paint and Windows Photo Viewer are just two built into Windows 10 that can definitely open PNGs; Paint .NET is a free download and extremely good; or you can Copy the image (from the Edit menu or right-clicking it) and Paste it into the software of your choice.

As for the layout of the card - it intentionally matches the layout used by FFG (as close to pixel accurate as I could manage). You're right that this means it can be difficult to find images that fit the horizontal space available, but I'm afraid you'll have to take that up with FFG!

As I already said in my Inferno Squad Thread where I posted several Deployment Cards (link below) I want to thank you Bitterman for your great work!

Moroff is a character from the Rogue One movie. He didn‘t have too much screentime but I really liked his looks so I did a bit of research on him. Really like his attitudes and thought it would make a nice addition to Imperial Assault. As you see by his trait, he is a heavy gunner. This is reflected in his ability Covering Fire. In contrast, Grumpy Mercenary represents that he is mostly in for the money.

Feedback would be appreciated!

If he's in for money he should be the one who gets something. I would replace Grumpy mercenary with double action:

If you can afford: Move two spaces then attack an adjacent enemy with 1 extra yellow. Blast 1 is replaced with surges weaken and cleave 2. Then it may attack you. For each  enemy killed with this you become Focused and draw a command card.

The cards are sort of loot and focus is to help him become real heavy damage even if enemy has evade.

Thanks for sharing your idea about my card! I really like where this is going. Just to clarify: If you can afford (love that name btw) still costs 2 actions? that would make him very very slow imo but it might work since he packs quite a punch, especially if he is focused.

Yes, though it might be better if the enemy attacked you first but it would be 1 action. So you can move or attack more but also take more damage.

Or you could choose from these options when attacking.

Fair enough, but it should be limited once per mission. Also wording should be 4-player skirmish friendly.
