Black Sun Ace, Vaksai, Saturation, Tracers. 23 pts. Voila.

PLUS Munitions Failsafe (it's even free with the title) so you can keep doing it until you actually hit (which you probably don't want to do).

In combo with Assault Missiles, (potential) splash damage even on a miss.

Someway, somehow, there will be a player who will lose a ship with 0-1 agility and one hull remaining because their opponent missed a shot with a Thread Tracer and triggered Saturation Fire on everyone within range 1 of the target. Possibly even more than one ship will be killed in a single attack!

Should this ever happen to me, it will immediately become my new favorite sad way to win a game. The previous winner was the time I forced a Console Fire and Stunned Pilot on a stressed Oicunn, then blocked him to death with a shuttle.

So basically a rolled Nat 1, the person fires the tracer it hits the windshield, cracks it right open and then your ship proceeds to go out of control and hit everything around it until it explodes, or alternatively it explodes and that is what hits the other fighters.

It would be fun to have achievements at sanctioned events. I would totally go to a tournament with no intention of winning but to stick a hard achievement against a smug netlister. That is victory baby they can have the swag and bragging rights of championship. I want the war story and crotchity old man back in my day speach!

A bunch of podcasts have bounties that are similar.

Plus scavenger crane for the reload if you actually hit and munitions failsafe in case you don't!

Sadly you also need tractor beams to get the target to agility 0.

Not even those.  Thread tracers on a Vaksai cost 0...
