I recall playing it in a 100 point casual game once kitted with Comms Boosters and Jan Ors, paired with a classic PTL/Kyle Super-Dash. My opponent had Scum Boba, a Kihraxz, and some Zs. Technically a fair amount of smuggling probably DOES involve cargo ships, but it just doesn't seem like the type of move an independent, two-person team would make.
