Psychic Inclination and Innate Slots

I was wondering if Psychic Inclination applies to Psychic Powers that you are sustaining in an innate slot.  If so, does it stack with the Amplify Sustained Power advantage?

 I do not believe that anything actually stacks, as there was a long and glorious thread on the international forum about PP not stacking with any of the advantages like psychic inclination or improved innate powers.

 

Though i do believe that it would work LIKE improve innate psychic powers for the specific discipline that the person chooses.
