coyote6 414 Posted February 6, 2018 Depending on how their system works, it might be as simple as someone tabbed into a record & tabbed out without changing data, but the system auto-saves when the cursor leaves the record, so the last updated date got updated to the current date. The times where we've seen a phantom update and something happened soon afterwards are substantially equal to those time where we got one and things continued as normal, with no new changes for many weeks afterwards.
