No to all.  Being dealt a damage card is the result of suffering damage, it's not the same thing, and it can arise from other sources such as these.

Jostero only triggers off things which 'deal damage' (NOT cards) or specifiy that the target 'suffers damage' or 'suffers all [hit] or [crit] rolled', and aren't part of an attack.
