He leaves town, so he is untargetable for the night, kinda like hider, but you can't possibly die and you can't confirm people. He's also basically unlynchable since he claimed

Well so how would that interact with Caldias' visit?

It's all good toad. This game is tough cause stuff is under a microscope, but it's all good.

It seems like chat is kinda trailing off for now, but I just wanted to say I'm heading out for the weekend. Ill have internet and will behere, just not while driving or in wife mandated family time

I agree...

@BrobaFett

@Caldias

@ImperialCaptain2017

@CaribbeanNinja

As the SUPREME CHANCELLOR of this senate I order you to come forth and sate your name (flavor name) and duties(role) for the record... any hesitation in fulfilling this request will be taken as evidence in the following tribunal

Sorry for the delay-it sucks working late shift at a restaurant. Madaghmire summarizes my position pretty well below:

Impcap- Says he's Padme and a psychologist. Thing is, his claim cost nothing for scum. Moodswing is dead, and clearing me? I mean, a large percentage of town already believed me. It fits his narrative, sure, tried to get me strung up yesterday, couldn't, checked me out and learned he was barking up the wrong tree. Could also be he just needed something that sounded too good for town to lynch. Still, Padme...I'm inclined to give him another evening of work.

So the more I read the more confused I get, but it seems pretty clear to me that if another townie dies, we probably lose.

Now (no pressure!) We have to figure out who looks lynch-able. @Caldias claiming Representative Binks seems useless enough to be genuine, but @BrobaFett seems kinda suspect. Isn't it convenient that supposedly if we kill him, we will be punished with two night cycles in a row? Sounds very fishy. Lacking any better ideas for now, I'll say we lynch Broba.

I mean, if he's a threat, then we live to fight another day. If he's who he says he is, we'd be dead anyway if we don't catch a threat. Therefore we have nothing to lose...

I voted for Imperial Captain last night because I think his overall behavior has been very suspect this whole game. I can't put a finger on it. He's been pretty quiet and (I don't think anyway), not really contributed much to things.  I could be swayed.

Im curious that your vote on this day came right after Broba pointed at him.

you guys are the only ones I am sure about and we need to play this right because I believe we are in a LYLO situation...

I wish I could just declare supreme rule and liquidate the senate now?

So you're telling us there is a cult, but are clearing a third of players? What makes you so sure about them now?

Okay guys we gotta pump the breaks I just got some clarification from JJ... all of my information I've received pertains to the beginning of the game BEFORE roles were distributed...

there were 3 threats to town at the beginning of the game

and the guards and captain were not threats at the beginning  of the game

this means the guards are not clear.... they could have become threats after the game started

Whoops. as you can see I'm catching up...

ok I think Im caught up. I do think there might be a cult considering my power (I was wondering how disappearing at night was gonna be fair).

So lets say Toad is right about that. Im willing to buy that even though he's Palp.

I'm worried about all of of you **** :)

Top on my list looking back through everything?

Broba, Cal, ImpCap.

Their roles/explanations seem a little forced.

If I had to vote right now, it'd be ImpCap. I could totally see the scumarine in his play.

I'll still be away for a lot of the time tomorrow but will still be checking in and will make sure to vote.

Hey guys checking in... so what are our options?

Lynch a threat or hope the kill gets a cultist

Broba and Imp Cap are the most suspicious to me, but I wouldn't risk Broba, and his claim is more thematic than our Psychcologist Padme...

Cals claim is what bothers me... why wouldn't he just choose not to visit anybody at night?

I visit because I can, and it at least confirms to other people that I'm not doing other bad things at night.

But unfortunately... with a cult being a possibility the people you visit can't be trusted...

Edit: ... can't be trusted to verify you

And I agree Mad the commuter is a problem too

Totally understand.  I could've lied, knowing how dumb my role is, but didn't know if there was some unknown interaction with the unclaimed roles my role might have.  Broba's claim also feels like it could be perfect cover as lynching him is a huge risk, though I do wonder why he didn't claim it earlier, though if he is being honest I could see him wanting to back pocket it until he was under threat.  Imp Cap also has a claim that feels weird based on his character, and Ninjas is also great cover if he is scum.

I am with in-laws but will check in periodically and address any concerns and will be sure to get my vote in.

At this point, we have a claim from everyone I think.

And since no one is claiming to be scum, we have three fakes. Or possibly 2, if one is an SK and one is a Cultist.

So we need to look at each claim individually, and critically. Additionally, we should look at the roles we've lost;

GNips was a town double voter.

Pod was a town vote thief. Weird that both of these roles wound up town aligned.

Norrell was a town Cowardly Reporter. He could check if people were home, or he could hide, ostensibly functioning as a commuter.

Ovino was a gladiator, which is another method of vote manipulation. Extremely strong role, and its unfortunate to lose it in the night.

Mood was a forensic investigator, which lets you check all the folks who visited someone.

My claim, in addition to Vis and Roc, are all verified by multiple sources. I assign targets, and Vis and Roc get to choose whether or not to protect that target.

At least a portion of Truth's claim is verified, although is alignment we have taken on faith. Again, vote manipulation. It would be a cute scum to play to get verified early, and ride that while losing the relatively unimportant N1. The night phase only becomes more valuable for scum as the game goes on.

Toad claims oracle. Impossible to verify unless he says something wrong. I'm inclined to believe him. No one claims palpatine if they're scum.

Caldias- his visit of Vis is verfied. If he's a cult leader, and he flipped Vis, then vendor is a perfect claim. He wouldnt know whether we had a watcher or tracker, so he still needs to explain his visits, and the people he visits would verify his benign intent since they would have their alignment changed. If we believe there is a cult leader, I think we have to hang Caldias, as his death would implicate or alleviate suspicion on Vis. However, fruit vendor also seems like it could fit into the general game theme, given the town detection methods so far.

Imcap claims pyschologist. Can detect killers. We know we have at least one out there. His targets though, seem suspect. I can't quibble with Mood N2, but me N3? Low percentage play on a target that had outside verification. You know, if you were town. If scum, hammering away during day phase to see if you could get townies to do the work and then using me as an alibi when they wouldn't makes a lot of sense.

Broba claims beloved princess, where if lynched I believe we see successive night phases. I'm on record as believing this to be a fake claim, but I suppose it would balance the filibuster assuming Truth is town.

Ninja's commuter makes sense if theres a cult. If not, given the double bodyguards and the cowardly reporter, I think he makes more sense as a fake claim. Explains why hes alive each day, and is impossible to verify outside of toads oracle abilities. I'm not sure about the cult.
