The dial no longer exists to resolve the command with... Leia's trigger isn't spending the dial, its resolving a command by using the dial. So if you have Leia, and you spend the Dial to get a Token... You get a Token. You can totally spend that token that turn to get the Token effec.t.. But you get the Token effect on its own... There's no leia bonus as leia never triggers. But because Leia never triggers, you're not limited by her ability to not resolve multiple commands in a turn...
