Last Sunday's fun stress list:

Inaldra, Cartel Spacer & Sunny Bounder w/ HeavyTitle, Pulsed Ray Shield, Flechette Cannons and Adaptability on Inaldra.

3 Binayre Pirates with Black Market Slicer Tools.

a bunch of target locks and a bunch of dice and slicing took out the ace in the X-Wing then with almost everything focused on a Y-Wing thegame was decided in several volleys.

I had some great results with a Snap/Tac Rhymer the other day. Apparently the Imperials have stress too!

 

Major Rhymer — TIE Bomber 35 points

Snap Shot

Tactician

Rebel Captive

Lightweight Frame

TIE Shuttle

 

This build is notable because of when the stress is dealt.  Line a ship up with that range 2 snapshot (because of Rhymer's ability) and your opponent's ship is now denied actions. Shoot again during combat for another stress. If you are very lucky and that ship shoots your ship you can add a 3rd stress through Rebel Captive.

I played recently against a Biggs/Wookie Gunship combo. As soon as my opponent landed his gunship into range 2 all of his shenanigans were over for the rest of the game.

Been flying this lately. Three stressers, an Ion Cannon Turret, and Rex's Suppressive Fire can lock stuff down. Roark's ability is really a wonderful tool in every game. Rebel Debuff.

I posted this list in another thread, but it's fun so I'll post it again. It's a combo stress/tractor list. 

The sycks add sress, the Zs have BMST to add damage output and the Quads have saboteurs to flip damage face up for additional shenanigans.

three Slicer Pirates (39)

, Inaldra w/ Heavy Title, Pulsed Ray Shield, Flechette Cannon, Adaptability (21)

Asajj with Latts Razzi (39) and 1 point for EPT or Illicit.

Asajj doesn't get prettied up with this list but she will have lots of wingmen/blockers/slicers.

Just curious why this works with Rymer specifically over any other EPT bomber?

Edit: Just figured out Snapshot is range one. Genius

Yes genius - but I can't take credit for it. It has been floating around the forums for a while. I only truly saw the beauty once I got beat over the head with it.

This is inspirational! I could replace a Cartel Spacer in my list above that has Heavy Title, Pulsed Ray Shield and Flechette Cannon (20) with:

Jakku (15), Cikatro (0), Cloaking Device/Black Market Slicer Tools (2), Thermals (3)  for 20.

Or, Jakku, Cikatro, Thermals, Cloaking Device/Scavenger Crane for 20.

It's a tricky thing to set up though, as Rhymer's PS7 means there's plenty of stuff he goes after, and Snap Shot really really wants to move first. Still, it's an Imperial ship that deals out stress well (the critical thing being that it can double stress. A lot of Imperial options aren't allowed to which limits their ability to control the enemy).
