What has a decent shot against alpha strike lists?

Biggs can be ignored by alpha strike lists because of the timing chart. Torpedoes and missiles can only be fired at the target you have locked. So the alpha strike player simply doesn't target lock Biggs.

Mindlink is good against pretty much everything. You can try to make your own alpha strike list, and out PS other alpha lists. You could try Kylo crew to hand out blinded pilot crits. You could use counter measures to get rid of target locks. Lots of options!

Edit: Black One title is really good against alpha strike lists as well!

There are a few ways to go.

  1. Go swarm as the lose of one ship isn't that important.
  2. Go first with your own Alpha Strike to destroy one of the ships before it can fire.
  3. Be really good with your Rule of 11 and be able to get from Range 4 to Range 1 without being in ordnance range.
  4. Be really good so that all the alpha strikers can't fire at the same ship (hard to do).
  5. Be really defensive so that enemy ordnance isn't as effective.   I'm thinking things with as many green dice as you can get, Stealth Device, Emperor, token stacks, etc.   Tie Phantom cloaked with Emperor, the X7 title, and Attanni Mindlink would be great, if it were possible.

This is funny because most alpha strike lists counter Biggs.

To answer your question: there is no definitive counter to alpha strike, because there are several versions of alpha strike lists.

Type A: Wolfpack (2-3 ps3 jumps)- rex, x7 defenders, palpaces, palobtanni

Type B: Dengar Tel (2 PS9 jumps)- Jumps, probably x7 defenders, parattanni

Type C: Crackswarm (5+ TIEs with crack shots)- palobtanni, 2/3 K-wingss, DengarTel

Type D: Miranda with homing missiles- Double Deci, Wolfpack, DengarTel

If you specifically want to tech against Alpha strikes, you need something that'll mess up target locks. Black One title is probably the best at this in the game. Consider:

After you perform a boost or barrel roll action, you may remove 1 enemy target lock from a friendly ship at Range 1. You cannot equip this card if your pilot skill is "6" or lower.

Note the absence of "Once per round". BB-8 and Boost with this title and you can strip two target locks. Put it on a high enough PS ship, and you'll prevent almost anyone shooting at you until you break your formation. Include Primed Thrusters and you can even do it after a K turn (though obviously no BB-8 for that one).

3 health 3 agility with a focus has only a 32% chance of being killed by a 4 hit plasma torp, barring crit shenanigans. If they waste a second torp on your 1-2 health, tokenless ship afterward, all the better not to waste points on more health.

"Ram" them.  Well placed blockers can stop actions from those ships.  Assuming the ships move after you - make sure your opening move does not put them within striking distance and then get in their way on the second round of movement.

If the ships move before you  - they won't get that target lock until at least the second round of movement, so you could take an aggressive approach and try to get a shot on them in the opening round of movement.  A 5-straight move and boost with a Mindlinked pilot like Fenn Rau can sometimes get you a range 3 shot on the opening round - assuming your opponent does an aggressive move first.  If not - your second move should allow you to get him in range for the 5-dice range 1 shot everyone craves.

The other thing to consider is whether those ships have fixed arcs or can fire 360 at you.  If missles and torps are being fired at you, then arc dodging them prevents those shots from being fired at you.
