bahourmat 75 Posted June 5, 2017 Have been eating it up. It's been out for a while now here (UK). Ep 6 just popped in today. Loved the book and they seem to be doing a good job of moving it over to the small screen. Get the feeling it might not be to everyone's taste, though (my wife doesn't get it at all). They are rambling a bit, the good parts are very good but there are some tangents that have been added that are good and some are slowing the show down. Gillian Anderson is fantastic in her role... Forresto 2,200 Posted June 6, 2017 Ohhhh Fuller is the show runner, I immediately noticed his style and thought someone was just riffing on Hannibal. I love American Gods so far, i've never read the book so i'm avoiding spoilers. Anansi and Anubis are my favorites so far. I just took a hieroglyphics course and their portrayal of Anubis has been on point to what I learnt, double points for casting someone who looks more like the early Egyptians would have looked like.
