Would like some advice on my list. Most of the things I have in there are because that's all I really have that's legal, so mostly looking for advice on what to try to trade for. Plus only 8 upgrades in a deck that relies heavy on them. You need at least 12-14 or you will be lacking dice big time. I would add maybe 2xForce Training, you are heavy on specials anyway so why not add this, as a budget addition. Other than that is looks promising. Kylo gonna be great counter to all Poe/Maz with his special. Other than that in its current iteration it looks a bit slow for current meta - you have no speed ups of any kind, and in meta with Rey, FastHands, Maz, Force Speed, and all that stuff you will find yourself looking at 3 actions in a row from your opponent. Cards to look for if you wanna pursue it: Force Speed, Kylo's Lighsaber, second Holo, second Mind Probe, and 2x Force Throw (!). In addition, I'd get rid of the weaker events, especially Aim, Doubt, Disturbance in the Force, and Use the Force and instead go for more dice upgrades. Definitely Force Throw and Force Speed (like I suggested above), but also maybe add another Lure of Power (It's super useful), and the Command Shuttle support (it works very well with these characters). I would say on the whole, for these characters, target a deck that has at at the very least 12 or so dice upgrades, and I've played them with as many as 24. I would say 16-18 dice is the sweet spot for characters as aggressive as these. You definitely want to be putting a ton of upgrades out there. Don't get me wrong, these guys have good options for events, but events often slow down a deck and aren't really worth it. Shaadea 258 Posted May 26, 2017 (edited) drop: it binds all things - if you don't get it on start hand it's worthless 1 Power of the dark side - it's mostly attractive with lure of power, but other than that there aren't many empty sides on your dice Aim - this deck should go for melee Block - meta is ranged, not many melee around Disturbance in the force - it requires bad roll on your side AND decent or good roll on opponents side to be useful New orders - while it's nice to have your BF it's not essential, at least not that bad that you add this card Take Cover - use another immobilize The Power of the force - I'm not convinced of this card, even in mono blue where you might end up with 3 upgrades when you play it Force Lightning - again, go for melee Infantry grenades - same Add: 2 Force Speed - 1 is nice, 2 makes it more likely to get it 2 Vibroknifes - make your damage unblockable 2 Force Illusion - it will buy you at least one more round before your characters start to die 1 Holocron - really 1 Mind Probe Either Lure of Power or (my favorite here) exchange Lure of Power for 2 Makashi Training (solid card) edit: On second thought, you have only "Mind Probe" that really requires Holocron. Either add some "Force Throw" to get more out of Holocron or drop "Mind Probe" and Holocron altogether and go for direct melee and damage. Add "Force Strike" then, maybe "Enrage" to ensure you have Resources when needed, put in another "Lightsaber Throw". Just buy Rey's starter if you wanna play monoblue, lots of goodies there. And dont include Aim just for 1 Command Shuttle its a waste of card. If command shuttle is your only other dice card, then it's probably worth a shot. A Hero Starter would get you some other solid cards cards, including Force Throw. ToonzEH 1 Posted May 26, 2017 Aim, Block, Doubt, is counter intuitive to No Mercy. Run all blue if you can or replace No Mercy with something else. 2 cost to add 1 or 2 damage probably not the best choice. You in general want to hammer your opponent with this card for a huge hit. Like It's A Trap. I find this combo is not a money earner and wouldn't pay 2 for 2 damage unless it was the 2 needed for a death blow. Loose the Pikes for good ol sabers with redeploy for cost saving. People will hammer vader hard. Unless you roll like a champ he's gonna die most likely and your gonna win with only Kylo.
