The chance to attack a speed 0 ship at the beginning of the game its very effective, in addition this cause some deployment issue to the opposer, with a bit of luck you can kill a worthy ship within two rounds.
Also, Corrupter is more competitive and not only a  Fighter Command Ship.
I love Targeting Scramblers and Motti too, the Interdictor is very tough in this way!

I was thinking....what about replace Strom with papa Vader?
I mean, for 15 points, Strom works great, but Vader give me more efficiency....I'm scheduling a new game for the next week, last try before the start of the campaign.

As per the Article Predictions (and more) thread...  Best money is on their being an article when they move from On the Boat to Shipping Now...  That is 2 weeks before they are in store...  Which lends Article possibility at the end of the month.

Depends. For you corruptor may better because it brings big guns you want.

For non interdictor fleets i am guessing quasar hands down will be the go to

Yep! I consider the Corrupter not only a bomber sling, but also the guard of my flagship...not a ship to take lightly. In the last game I got some good hits over the running MC80.

So, also the third test was a success, I played against a Ackbar/conga line list, with very poor fighter screen, and thanks to my Precision Strike objective, I was able to score a lot of points.
I played defensively with my capital ships, moving them only to make some squadron activations and to finish off a AF Mk II in the last two rounds and nothing more.

The opposer had some deployment issue as usual, but whether I was able or not to attack a speed 0 target with my bombers, this proven to be very usefull for my long-term strategy.

Well, I guess I'm ready to test this fleet in a more challenging competition, our CC Advanced Campaign....but still I'm considering to replace a couple of upgrades....

Man 3/3 solid wins. Looks like you have a fleet that plays to your style!

Good luck in the CC! 500 points let's the Interdictor SHINE. If you are doing well with it at 400, it is going to be terrifying at 500.

Hi!
This morning I did another test, probably the last before the start of the campaign, for this last test I decided to make some changes to the initial list, replacing Suppression Refit with Combat Refit without FCT, and Strom with Vader.
My opponent had a speculative list with MC80 Assault Cruiser, AF Mk II for Operate Squadrons, a Medium Taransport for repairs, 6 X-Wing and Jan Ors.
Starting first, I played his Precion Strike .... this time the G7 was not of any help!
After two rounds to study respectively, we launched our squadrons, but his combination proved to be more effective than mine, in fact, after two good rounds of bombing on the MC80, his X-Wings destroyed all of my bombers, forsaking to attack my ships.
The only sad note, Corruper's last attack from the front arc on the MC80 with no shields and without Brace, which has provided .... 3 normal hits....

Battle outcome....large loss, I was able to destroy only an X-Wing with my ADVs...not a good test.
