Had some thoughts for some Lion cards. I think they're fairly balanced.

 

Tactician's Aid

2 cost conflict character Lion

2/1

1 glory

Bushi, Commander

Interrupt: When an event targeting a character at a conflict is played - Put this character into play and the event's controller must choose new targets for the event.

3 bamboo

 

Momoku

1 cost neutral attachment

Condition

Attach to an opponent's character.

Attached character cannot gain fate and when fate is removed from them remove two fate instead.

 

Contacting Meido

0 cost event Lion

Ritual, Spell, Water

Action: Target a character in your dynasty discard pile - Shuffle that character back into your dynasty deck. If you control a shugenja, shuffle all copies of that character back into your dynasty deck and draw a conflict card.

 

Esteemed Ancestor

3 cost dynasty character Lion

2/3

2 glory

Bushi, Spirit

Sincerity

Action: Change your honor dial to 2 - Honor this character and it can't be dishonored until end of phase.

Reaction: When an opponent declares a Void conflict, if you control a ready Monk character - Gain a Fate and draw a card.

Is this supposed to be 1 card per fate or just 1 card no matter how much fate is ignored? I really like this idea and I'm trying to get an idea what you were going for.

1 card no matter how much fate you would remove. Otherwise, it could get pretty broken lol

Bayushi Oroji

Bushi. Courtier.

Cost: 4, Military: 3, Political: 4, Glory: 1

After Oroji enters play, dishonor a personality a target player controls. Select one of his provinces except stronghold: reduce the province strength by 1 until the end of the conflict. (Selected province' strength cannot go below 1).

Dragon Clan Treaty - 2 Fate Event - 4 Influence - (Dragon)
(If your role is Support of the Dragon reduce the Influence to run by 2.) Action - During the fate phase - Redistribute Fate on unclaimed rings.

Lion Clan Treaty - 2 Fate Event - 4 Influence - (Lion)
(If your role is Support of the Lion reduce the Influence to run by 2.)  Action during a conflict - If you have less skill in the current conflict - Put any number of non-unique characters from your dynasty discard pile into the conflict. Seeing as 'fewer cards in hand' looks like it will begin to be a Lion theme soon, and I'm very eager to try it...
