TryerImp 44 Posted April 13, 2017 I am probably imagining this, but is there a Temporary Alliance card for Rebels to allow Mercenaries? I thought there was, but I cant find the card so am now doubting it.

ManateeX 1,277 Posted April 13, 2017 (edited) If you really want to bring mercs into a rebel army though, Saska's an option (if not a particularly competitive one). Quote Shady Contacts: You may include up to 1 non-upgrade mercenary deployment card in your army. Edited April 13, 2017 by ManateeX
wannabepudge 395 Posted April 13, 2017 I've always found it strange thematically that the Mercs are the ones driving the alliance. Mercs are hired, so it would seem that the Empire and Rebellion would hire the Mercs and therefore the Mercs wouldn't have the Temp. Alliance card. Oh well 3 Cpt Barbarossa, ForceSensitive and subtrendy reacted to this
a1bert 4,027 Posted April 13, 2017 The rebels need to take the odd jobs with the mercenaries to gather money for the Rebellion, but would never join the imperials.
ForceSensitive 1,991 Posted April 19, 2017 (edited) It's going to be interesting if they ever get around to Ketsu Onyo. If the only way to get her into a rebel squad is Saska, that will be a bit annoying. Edited April 19, 2017 by ForceSensitive Spelling

At that point, we may well have an alternative solution anyway.
FatherTurin 1,782 Posted April 19, 2017 Also nothing stopping FFG from releasing models with Skirmish cards for multiple factions. There are a handful of characters this would work for. 1 ForceSensitive reacted to this
ATM2100 74 Posted April 28, 2017 it makes science that the rebels would't want to hire mec, can you only have one teperary alliance even from a different faction?
a1bert 4,027 Posted April 28, 2017 You can only include skirmish upgrades of your own affiliation. Temporary Alliance does not work on skirmish upgrades - you cannot use it to bring in another Temporary Alliance to your army.
ATM2100 74 Posted April 28, 2017 i am glad to have this info. is there anything else i should know before my next skirmish? it would be most helpful.
