Kaaihn 137 Posted March 30, 2017 So I played the first dungeon of the Shadows of Nerekhal campaign last night. We found the Shadow Plotter relic. Is this normal? It's a useless relic in RtL since it just messes with Overlord cards. Without giving away any details of later quests, could someone that has done this campaign tell me if this is ok because it's necessary later as a quest item, or if this was randomly generated and we just got screwed with a useless choice? Thanks!
Sadgit 592 Posted March 30, 2017 (edited) The Shadow Plotter is always found where you got it. It has a use - you will see later. Edited March 30, 2017 by Sadgit 2 Shimaaji and Kaaihn reacted to this

Apart from sacrificing it to get the Trueshot in Missing in Action or trading it in a city is there anything else that it can be used for?
DerDelphi 265 Posted October 2, 2018 Hello Suhawk, There is an indirect third option. If you save Matthon in the introduction quest, you also have the option to give the shadow plotter to him. If you do this, there is a chance that you will meet Matthon again at a later time and receive a gold reward.
