Accuracy question

Player A rolls his attack dice at medium range, ship to ship.

Player B exhausts a evade token to have one of the dice rerolled.

Player A rolls a accuracy.

Question: Can the accuracy be used to lock down another defensive token or is it wasted at this point since we are now past the use of accuracies in the resolve sequence?

Cannot be used.

Passed the Timing where you could.  Wasted ACC unless its BLUE and you have SW7 equipped.

Cannot be used, since time window is over.

The attack timing is messy, I attached a reference card. You roll dice, then spend accuracy, then spend defense tokens. So if you reroll into accuracies, the proper time window to use them has passed, no way to use them.
