Titles too, but they're at least easy to tell because the Armada ones show the Ship Icon as well. Beyond that, no. There's not... Sort all of them face down by their backs and you should easily get a number of piles (around 27) that each only go with one game. You should also be able to easily sort those into just the X-wing and just the Armada either from the background image behind the icons or just your general knowledge of the games.
