I consider myself an expert on Quads, but the one pilot that baffles me, is Zuvio. Bombs used to not be viable, but with the rise of the K-Wing, bombs are making a comeback. I think part of the reason the K wing is good, is because it is very offensive. Quads don't have that. Zuvio does have Illicit on his side, and there are some VERY good ones. Number 1 issue, he's PS 7. Are there ways to use him? You could even use him as a PS 9, a non-bomb build, but I don't see the purpose.

4 reasons the K-Wing is good at bombing:

1. Rebels can take Sabine crew.
2. SLAM and Advanced SLAM make it much easier to drop bombs where they need to go.
3. Turrets allow them to attack in most rounds that they don't SLAM.
4. They can take Extra Munitions and multiple types of bombs.

I'm sure someone may prove me wrong, but Zuvio is just too expensive for what he does.

He is very pricey for what he does but can work well when set up properly. I've been having fun with him using Ketsu crew, spacetug tractor array, scavenger crane and Connor net (30 points).  (And whatever ept fits the rest of your list).

As long as the rest of your list can kill what you fly in to block and/or drop Connor nets on you can keep getting them back and dropping them again.

Again, for 30 points this is a fly for fun build not really something that would necessarily do amazing things competitively, but it does work.
