CEOWolf 46 Posted February 23, 2017 So Rex Jim and Ashcan Pete won all three encounters released so far without anyone dying! Heck barely took any damage. So I was wondering if I were to create an ongoing story detailing my adventures throughout the Legacy campaign where would I post it? Maybe on here with a thread to it on like a google do or something? I don't see a fanfic forum here. Also I don't know any character's persona so I'll make it up based off their cards. iGniGhted 113 Posted February 23, 2017 Here would be fine, i always love a good read. BGG is a great place for some fanfic as well. The characters all have pretty good amounts of fluff containing each of their stories throughout the Arkham games Mythos. I'd suggest google searching some of their investigator cards from Arkham Horror, which detail story plots of each of the investigators as well as a good bulk of fluff on the backs of their investigator sheets, as well as Eldritch Horror which has a smaller detailed storyline for the investigators. FFG really seems to push the idea of creating your own unique experience with each investigator, for instance, with help from her former brothers and sisters at the Order of Silver Twilight, Diana Stanley was able to prevent the re-awakening of Nyarlathotep's mask, Nephren-Ka, by travelling to Providence, Rhode Island and confronting the Haunter of the Dark from the Shining Trapezohedron, before banishing it back to the black gulfs of chaos from which it came, throwing the many-angled stone into the Providence River, and ridding the world of it's horror for at least a small amount of time. . When i get the time to order a ton of stuff from FFG, "The Investigators of Arkham" book is a new addition to the "i need it now" set of Arkham stuff, and contains a story for each of the investigators, which will give you a great glimpse into how they fit into the big puzzle that is the Cthulhu Mythos. in any event, i look forward to reading whatever ideas you come up with, and i'm happy you're enjoying the game as much as the rest of us, and that it inspires you to be creative.
